THNK School of Creative Leadership was established in 2010 as a joint initiative between business and the creative industry. THNK supports creative leaders to realise new and innovative solutions to the world’s societal challenges. They strive to create a community of agents for change, entrepreneurs and pioneering managers.
THNK explores through experimental learning processes with an emphasis on teamwork, this is reflected in the origin of the name THNK with no I. Explained as “innovation without the ego”.
The organisation questions and generates creative solutions for many of the issues that threaten to halt our evolution in areas such as the future of education, creativity, new business models and entrepreneurship.
‘THNK Challenges’ are an important part of the education while participating in a leadership program. The projects address large scale and complex societal issues - the future of higher education, smart energy, the use of data to improve quality of food and healthy living. The organisation also carries out research focusing on the development of innovative business concepts to help entrepreneurs business take root and grow.
THNK sees the importance of encouraging professionals to use their imaginations and creativity to resolve problems. Their initiatives and projects highlight the processes many big companies are trying to use to ignite innovative ideas in the work place. Allowing freedom to engage, communicate and play results in energetic and creative solutions.
